Psychotherapy with Nick Fink, MA, RP
Trauma | LGBTQ+ Issues | Anxiety | Self-Esteem | Neurodivergence |
My name's Nick, and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist. I take a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to psychotherapy. I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health and social services fields. I believe that it's important to treat each person that I work with as an individual with unique needs and qualities. I approach therapy as a platform whereby an alliance between client and therapist is fostered, allowing the client to heal and grow while receiving guidance along the way. My areas of focus are LGBTQ2IA issues, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.

Psychotherapy with Matthew Mascioli, RP
Anxiety | Neurodivergence | Relationship Issues | Self-Esteem | Emotion Regulation | Depression |
In our lives, we often can get too busy to even recognize that we are struggling. It tends to be much easier to just keep our heads down and push ourselves to keep grinding through. Recognizing and ultimately looking to address your mental well-being can remain difficult tasks to take on alone. All of this is to say, taking that first leap towards improving your mental health can be a scary one. My aim is to make that step as comfortable as possible. We would embark on this journey towards your most happy, stress-free, resilient, and capable self across this collaborative therapeutic expedition. How I try to work best with clients will of course depend on your unique needs and personality. Something I will do is tailor the approach as closely to you as possible. One constant, however, is the emphasis on building a strong, trust-filled, deep therapeutic bond. By doing so, we can create a space where you feel empowered to be vulnerable and lean into your full authentic self.

Neurodivergence | LGBTQ+ Issues | Trans Issues | Anger Management | Grief | Substance Abuse | Trauma | Emotion Regulation |
Over the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity in creating and maintaining safe queer spaces through outreach, advocacy and psychotherapy. My work with trans folks of all ages has given me insight into the realities of HRT, treatments, transition expectations increased with tension of every-day concerns.
I have worked in rural and metropolitan areas; this has provided first hand experiences working with chronic illnesses, substance use, complex trauma and victims of crime. My trauma-informed, person-first approach allows us to collaborate on goals that are relevant to your needs and wants while being culturally mindful in combination with building emotional regulation skills.
I am looking forward to meeting, even for a 15-minute consult, to see if this will be the right fit for you.
